How to rent a vehicle

Through our website you can choose the days and times of return and delivery, and choose the type of vehicle depending on your needs and budget.
Once your request has been sent, we will contact you via email, to confirm the availability of the vehicle on the requested days, the price budgeted and the general conditions of the rental.

From this moment our communication will be via mail, more fluid and personal, in case you need to change dates, vehicle or delivery times, or need to clarify any doubts regarding the rent.
In case the vehicle you need does not appear, most likely is no availability for the requested dates. In any case, you can send us an email to confirm this point or we will provide the best alternative to your needs.
In high demand cases, such as Easter or August, we may not have been able to answer your request in the right time (24 business hours). You can send us an email with your name and ask for the acceptance of your reservation.

It should be noted that applications received from Friday at 17.00h will begin to answer from Monday at 9.00
In case of not having the data of the rent completely defined, the best option is to send us an email with your anticipated needs and we will inform you of the possibility of making a pre-reservation until having the final data
